Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager

Our project delivery model provides a single point of contact for our clients from programming through punch list. Working closely with firm principals, you will lead the team and drive your design for an on-time and on-budget project. Our process ensures the highest quality designs and user-friendly spaces.
Responsibilities
- Client Contact – Programming
- All design phases – Schematic design through final finishes
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- On-site project meetings
- Travel likely – possible 1-2 trips per month
- Lead the team through programming, design, production, and project execution
- Manage project budgets and schedules
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture
- 3 – 5 years Architectural experience
- Quality design portfolio
- Track record of progressive project responsibilities
- Experience in a range of commercial project types with preference for corporate office and medical experience
- Demonstrated skill in project communications
- Interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Autodesk Revit – Practical Experience in both design and construction document phases
