Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager

Working closely with firm principals, you will lead the team and drive your design for an on-time and on-budget project. Our process ensures the highest quality designs and user-friendly spaces.

Responsibilities

Client Contact – Programming
All design phases – Schematic design through final finishes
Project Management
Contract Administration
On-site project meetings
Travel likely – possible 1-2 trips per month
Lead the team through programming, design, production, and project execution
Manage project budgets and schedules

Qualifications

Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture
3 – 5 years Architectural experience
Quality design portfolio
Track record of progressive project responsibilities
Experience in a range of commercial project types with preference for corporate office and medical experience
Demonstrated skill in project communications
Interpersonal and team leadership skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
Autodesk Revit – Practical Experience in both design and construction document phases
