Just as financial management and wealth planning have changed with our more mercurial economy, so have the requirements of their workspace. We have partnered with Gresham Partners senior leadership on expanding, remodeling and refreshing of their offices in the iconic 333 West Wacker building in Chicago. Our structured design processes align well with their business practices. Strong and well performing core elements of their classic office design have been preserved. More expressive ideas have been developed for newer areas that allow adjustments for alternate work models and flexibility. Like managing a good asset mix in the portfolio the refreshed space provides for a wide range of options for meeting, working, collaborating, or relaxing.
