Chicago Design Network works closely with brokers and building management to continually refresh the building’s tenant mix. We recognize that seeking out diverse tenants is important when it comes to a building’s market position. We maintain an on-call status in order to meet with potential tenants at a moment’s notice. Tenant standards, model offices, spec suites and marketing materials are constantly reviewed to ensure they are fresh, current, consistent and aligned with the market and ownership goals.
